Current Mortgage rates from Bank of America, Wells Fargo and PNC Bank (8/2)

Today Mortgage rates from Bank of America, Wells Fargo and PNC Bank 8-3-13The Bank of America had started their day today by releasing their daily mortgage interest rates including the 30 year fixed rate mortgage. The said rate can be had at the bank today at 4.750% with an annual percentage rate of 4.874%. More flexible deals are also available in the form of the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage, which can be had at 4.250% with an APR of 3.510%. Also available is the refinance rates of Bank of America; it starts from the rate of the 30 year refinance at 4.750% with an APR of 4.843%. The 5 year refinance is also available at 4.000% with an APR of 3.379%.

In addition to that, Wells Fargo has also released their rates for today starting from the 30 year FRM which can be had at 4.500% with an APR of 4.864%. The FHA has theirs today on the books at 4.250% with an APR of 5.043%. Also available is the bank’s offer for the 15 year FRM at 3.500% with an APR of 3.999%. Next in line is the offer of Wells Fargo for the 5 year ARM at 3.250% with an APR of 3.330%. FHA also has theirs at 3.250% with an APR of 3.043%.

 

PNC Bank has also presented their rates; it starts with the 30 year FRM offer at 4.500% with an APR of 4.701%. 20 year FRM is made available today at the bank for 4.125% with an APR of 4.366%. For the shorter term of 15 year FRM, it is available at 3.500% with an APR of 3.743%. The much shorter term of 10 year FRM is also available today and can be had at 3.250% with an APR of 3.707%.

PNC Bank and Wells Fargo both hold the lowest rate for the 30 year FRM today at 4.500% compared to Bank of America’s 4.750%.
