The 30 year fixed rate mortgage of the Bank of America is listed today at 4.625% with an annual percentage rate of 4.741%. Also made available for those who might prefer a more flexible term is the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage, it can be had at the bank at an interest rate of 3.875% with an APR of 3.355%. In contrast to this, refinance terms are also made available at the bank today. The 30 year refinance can be availed at the bank at 4.625% with an APR of 4.702%. While the shorter term 5 year can be had at 3.875% with an APR of 3.322%.
Wells Fargo’s rate today for the 30 year FRM is released today at 4.500% with an APR of 4.673%. FHA also released their version at 4.250% with an APR of 5.433%.
