Mortgage Interest Rates from Bank of America Wells Fargo and PNC Bank 8-12-13Today the Bank of America has released their quote for the 30 year fixed rate mortgage that is available at their bank. The rate for the said term is 4.500% with an APR of 4.709%. The shorter term 15 year FRM is also available at 3.500% with an APR of 3.896%. Refinance rates are made available by the bank starting with the 30 year refinance at 4.500% with an APR of 4.720%, followed by the 15 year refinance at 3.500% with an APR of 3.896%.

Moving on to the next bank offering the 30 year FRM term, Wells Fargo has quoted at 4.500% with an APR of 4.673%. FHA released their version of the 30 year FRM at 4.250% with an APR of 5.433%. In addition to this information, the 15 year FRM is made available at 3.500% with an APR of 3.795%. A more flexible and much shorter term is available starting with 3.125% with an APR of 3.120%. FHA released theirs at 3.500% with an APR of 3.519%.

 

Last among the banks is PNC Bank, their offer for the 30 year FRM is at 4.375% with an APR of 4.563%. Also available is the 20 year FRM which is at 4.000% with an APR of 4.224%. The shorter term 15 year FRM is also available at the bank at an interest rate of 3.375% with an APR of 3.750%. For the much shorter term of 10 year FRM, it is made available today at 3.125% with an APR of 3.625%.

Looking at the rates offered by the three banks today, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and PNC Bank, it can be seen that all three of the said banks have all quoted the 30 year FRM at 4.500%. They all have the same quote for today, for the said term.
