The Bank of America has released today their quote for the interest rates of the available mortgage deals at their bank today, the list includes the popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage which can be had at the bank at 4.750% with an annual percentage rate of 4.892%. This is followed by the 15 year FRM that is advertised to be at 3.875% with an APR of 4.086%. An adjustable rate term is also published by means of the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage which is at 4.500% with an APR of 3.557%.
Moving on to Wells Fargo, a bank has also released their quote for the 30 year FRM which is quoted today at 4.750% with an APR of 4.926%. The FHA has also released theirs at 4.625% with an APR of 5.846%. Another addition to the FRM information is the 15 year FRM that can be had at 3.750% with an APR of 4.047%. Adjustable rates are also available today, the 5 year ARM is at 3.375% with an APR of 3.208%, followed by the FHA’s version which is at 3.750% with an APR of 3.648%.
Last among this batch is the PNC Bank, which has released their 30 year FRM at 4.625% with an APR of 4.762%, closely followed by the 20 year FRM at 4.250% with an APR of 4.493%. Additionally, the 15 year FRM is offered at 3.500% with an APR of 3.743%, tailed by the 10 year FRM that is also made available and can be had at bank at an interest rate of 3.250% with an APR of 3.707%.
The Bank of America and Wells Fargo both hold the higher offer quote for the 30 year FRM today, at 4.750%, higher than PNC Bank’s released quote for the said term which is at 4.625%.
