Mortgage Interest Rates from Bank of America Wells Fargo and PNC Bank 8-13-13The popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage is made available today at the Bank of America at an interest rate of 4.375% with an APR of 4.583%. The 15 year FRM is also made available by the bank at 3.375% with an APR of 3.780%. Adjustable rates are also available today by means of the 7 year adjustable rate mortgage available at Bank of America at an interest rate of 3.875% with an APR of 3.616%, and the 5 year ARM available at 3.500% with an APR of 3.418%.

Wells Fargo has also released their version of the 30 year FRM that is made available at 4.250% with an APR of 4.421%. FHA also released their version quoted at 4.000% with an APR of 4.467%. Adding more to the FRM category is the release of the 15 year FRM by the bank at an interest rate of 3.375% with an APR of 3.669%. An adjustable rate is also released by the bank by means of the 5 year ARM quoted at an interest rate of 3.000% with an APR of 3.076%. FHA has theirs at 3.125% with an APR of 2.716%.

 

Last are the quotes of PNC Bank starting with the 30 year FRM quote today at 4.375% with an APR of 4.482%. Also available is the 20 year FRM from the bank that is listed at 4.000% with an APR of 4.482%. The shorter term 15 year FRM is on the books today at 3.250 with an APR of 3.462%. The much shorter term of 10 year FRM is published today at 3.000% with an APR of 3.331%.

Today, Wells Fargo holds the lowest quote for the 30 year FRM today which is at 4.250%, a lower rate compared to the 4.375% release of both Bank of America and PNC Bank.
