Today Mortgage rates from Bank of America Wells Fargo and PNC Bank 8-8-13The 30 year fixed rate mortgage of the Bank of America is listed today at 4.625% with an annual percentage rate of 4.741%. Also made available for those who might prefer a more flexible term is the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage, it can be had at the bank at an interest rate of 3.875% with an APR of 3.355%. In contrast to this, refinance terms are also made available at the bank today. The 30 year refinance can be availed at the bank at 4.625% with an APR of 4.702%. While the shorter term 5 year can be had at 3.875% with an APR of 3.322%.

Wells Fargo’s rate today for the 30 year FRM is released today at 4.500% with an APR of 4.673%. FHA also released their version at 4.250% with an APR of 5.433%. Moving on to the 15 year FRM, this can be had at the bank at an interest rate of 3.500% with an APR of 3.795%. In contrast to this, the adjustable rates that are made available today were announced starting with the 5 year ARM which can be had at 3.250% with an APR of 3.164%. FHA has theirs at 3.500% with an APR of 3.519%.

 

Last in the banks list is PNC Bank, the 30 year FRM of the bank is presented today at 4.500% with an APR 4.646%. The 20 year FRM in the meantime is available at 4.000% with an APR of 4.269%. The shorter 15 year FRM is at 3.375% with an APR of 3.673%. Last is the much shorter 10 years FRM that can be had at 3.125% with an APR of 3.580%.

Wells Fargo and PNC Bank hold today’s lowest rate for the 30 year FRM at 4.500, lower than the presented rate of Bank of America’s at 4.625%
