Today Mortgage rates from Bank of America Wells Fargo and PNC Bank 8-9-13Today, the Bank of America’s quote for the popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage have been released along with other terms. The 30 year FRM is available at the bank today at 4.500% with an APR of 4.735%. Along with that, the 15 year FRM is also made available today at 3.625% with an APR of 3.966%. In contrast to this, the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage is offered today at 3.625% with an APR of 3.430%. Refinance terms are also published today. The 30 year refinance is at 4.500% with an APR of 4.746%. Lastly is the 15 year refinance made available at 3.625% with an APR of 3.966%.

Wells Fargo has also published their quote today for the 30 year FRM, which is at 4.500% with an APR of 4.673%. FHA has also released their version and is available at the bank at an interest rate of 4.250% with an APR of 5.433%. Another term under the category is the 15 year FRM; it is also made available today and can be had at 3.500% with an APR of 3.795%. Moving on to the adjustable terms, the 5 year ARM is at 3.125% with an APR of 3.120%. FHA has theirs at 3.500% with an APR of 3.519%.

 

Last among this batch’s banks is PNC Bank, which published their quote for the 30 year FRM at 4.500% with an APR of 4.646%. Also available is the 20 year FRM at 4.000% with an APR of 4.269%. Along with that, the 15 year FRM is also made available at 3.375% with an APR of 3.673%. Last is the shorter term 10 year FRM which can be had at 3.125% with an APR of 3.580%.

The three banks all hold the lowest rate for the 30 year FRM today, since all of them have quoted at 4.500%.
