The Bank of America have released their rates for the mortgage rate available at their bank today, starting with the 30 year fixed rate mortgage which can be had at 4.500% with an APR of 4.653%. A more flexible and much shorter term is made available today at an interest rate of 3.875% with an APR of 3.360%. For those looking for refinance terms, the 30 year refinance is available at the bank at 4.500% with an APR of 4.629%, as well as the 5 year refinance which is available today at 3.875% with an APR of 3.327%.
Moving on to the next bank, Wells Fargo released their quote for the 30 year FRM made available and can be had at the bank at an interest rate of 4.500% with an APR of 4.673%. FHA also released theirs at 4.250% with an APR of 5.433%. The shorter 15 year FRM is available at 3.500% with an APR of 3.795%. Flexible terms like the 5 year ARM is available today at 3.125% with an APR of 3.120%. FHA has theirs at 3.500% with an APR of 3.519%.
Last among this batch is PNC Bank, the 30 year FRM is quoted today at 4.500% with an APR of 4.750%. Also available from the bank is the 20 year FRM offered at 4.000% with an APR of 4.375%. The shorter term of 15 year FRM is available at 3.375% with an APR of 4.375%. For the much shorter term of 10 year FRM, it can be had at the bank at an interest rate of 3.125% with an APR of 4.375%.
In today’s batch of banks, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and PNC Bank all offer the same rate for the 30 year FRM. The term can be had at any of the three banks for 4.500%.
